| As we all know, the Mafia is itself made of different, warring factions. Since the E. Europeans seem to be a tight knit (if not distrustful) group, I have decided that they will have an E. European EXCLUSIVE tattoo that will mark them as one of their own. This applies ONLY to E. Europeans and ONLY to the Mafia. Keep in mind, however, that just because they're allied does not mean they all like each other, for example, the Yugoslavs are a lot closer to each other than to the former Soviets and still may get in scuffles. In the mean time, the tattoo serves 2 purposes: Identification as a member of the Mafia and as a sense of a somewhat forced Unity against the Revolutionaries. IF YOU BELONG TO ANOTHER REGION BESIDES E. EUROPE AND ARE A MAFIOSO, YOU WILL NOT HAVE THIS TATTOO. Not every Mob needs a tattoo, so don't start freaking out and making identification tats for everyone. The tattoo itself is the ouroboros, a snake eating its own tail. It can be tattooed anywhere on the body and the design used is this: Hope to see this used creatively in the future~! |

| Cool~
So, just to clarify: any Eastern European mafioso has this, even if they have loyalties to different countries? Like, Dragan and Piter would both have the ouroboros, even though they are loyal to the Turkish and Russian mafias respectively? |

| DEM SWEET SLAVIC PATTERNS.
Officially, the Eastern European mafia is one unit — A CONGLOMERATION, IF YOU WILL.
So while they stick primarily to alliances with those who assist the same government entity due to past mistrust (Tito liked jerking around the Russians, and old habits die hard), they're all technically in this together.
In short, YES.
Though I suppose if the idea of a tattoo repulses Piter (or if he isn't in to the whole Russian mob tattoo scene), he could have probably had many temporary tattoos made and weird out other mafia members who could have sworn they saw the tattoo in a different location the week before... TCH. |

| Nah, he's not repulsed; he'd just too wussy to get one. Yeah, tattoos are not really his style.
But oh god, yes. XD I was going to just make him have it in a discreet place (lower back or something, idk), but that idea is far more entertaining. Or he could draw multiple ones on himself with a sharpie when he'd bored.
